Inductotherm Heating & Welding Ltd is pleased to announce the recent commissioning to full production of a new industry 4.0 ready 600kW TFi-Digital Radyne Induction Heater for heating track plates prior to forming. This investment for the forward-looking company based in Dumfries, Scotland, who are part of the Nordic Traction Group, ensures a sustainable future in the manufacture of specialized tracks for forest machinery.

Following the success of previous Radyne installations, this new technically advanced Track Plate Heater will work in tandem with existing Radyne equipment. The new unit provides increased output power, digital controls and integrates with robotic handling equipment which will be situated in Clark Tracks new premises, where large investments have been made to allow a fully automated track plate production line.

To provide the best solution to the customer, Inductotherm Heating & Welding have worked collectively on the project with other specialist equipment suppliers to provide Clark Tracks a full turn-key solution.
