Stainless steel tubing is being used in greater quantities than ever before because of the increased demand for high quality, fully annealed tubing with either a bright or dull surface finish. Thermatool bright annealing systems include a heating inductor designed to maximize heating efficiency. The system also includes a gas tight liner to contain the controlled atmosphere gas which insures that no contamination enters from the outside enviroment. This design allows the hydrogen gas to reduce surface oxides and maintain the bright finish.
