Inductoheat’s high speed in-line annealing systems for copper tubing are energy efficient and are designed for operation in an inert gas atmosphere for a bright finish. These systems also include dwell and quench zones to ensure that the tubing obtains correct grain size and uniformity. These Inductoheat systems anneal up to 600M/min. for ACR and up to 120 M/min. for water tubing.
